This registration is for current certified peer specialists (CPS) and certified parent peer specialists (CPPS) trainers who are interested in continuing to offer CPS and/or CPPS trainings in Wisconsin.
Who Should Complete This?
Trainers (CPS & CPPS) who have already completed their Wisconsin CPS and/or Wisconsin CPPS training of trainers and training certification should complete this registration form as a part of the program transition. If you have not yet completed this training of trainers, but are interested, do not complete this registration form. As program transition continues, a new application will be made available for those interested in becoming certified as a trainer.
What Does Registration Mean?
Registration through this system is a part of the transition of the peer training program from ATI to UWM-CITEE. Information will be cross-referenced between the two systems, and communication will be sent out to all registered trainers as next steps are solidified. Our goal in requiring this registration is to ensure that all currently active trainers are given the opportunity to participate throughout the transition period. As the program transition continues, an updated set of trainer responsibilities and procedures will be created and published. Registration through this process does not imply, nor is it intended to grant certification as a trainer - the updated trainer certification/recertification process will be published and communicated as it is finalized.
